Hacienda Sonora is a Guardia family farm with over 100 years of history. In the 1970s, Alberto took over the farm, and in the 1990s, he began pioneering experiments in coffee processing, building his own processing plant for complete quality control. Today, he runs the farm with his son Diego, encompassing 80 hectares of coffee plantations and 20 hectares of reserve forest.
